| 摘 要： | 应用文献资料法、问卷调查法和录像观察法,将河北女篮和与其同场竞技的国内甲级女篮的各项技战术进行统计和统计学比较分析,研究探寻河北女篮技战术的优势和差距,并从身体训练、快攻意识、阵地进攻和球员培养方面提出了发展建议,旨在为提高河北女篮的训练和竞技水平提供参考。

| Abstract: | Through the methods of literature review,qustionnaire and record observation,this paper makes comparative statistical analysis on the techniques and tactics of Hebei women’s basketball and the other teams in WCBA.It studies the techniques and tactics advantages and weakness of Hebei women’s basketball,and puts forward suggestions on body training,fast attacking consciousness,position attack and the development of the players,so as to provide reference for the improvement of training and competitive level of Hebei women’s bastketball. |
