| 摘 要： | 本文对台湾健康保险体系进行了全方位分析与介绍。台湾的市民健康保险属于强制性的社会保险,其财务具有“随收随付”特性。如何提供妥善的医疗服务、把好医疗品质关、搞好资讯服务均为台湾健康保险体系中重点研究的部分。

| Abstract: | This article introduces and analyzes all aspects of the public health insurance system in Taiwan, it includes insurance organization, accepting insurance tasks, insurance financing, medical treatment and information services of public health insurance system. The public health insurance in Taiwan is a kind of compelling social insurance, characteristic of its financing is "collecting money and payment at the same time." How to provide a better medical service for public has been becoming the essential part of public health insurance in Taiwan. |
