| 摘 要： | 中国古代的“民本”思想,作为君主专制制度的制约力量,只是封建的政治理论的一部分。但是,“民本”思想所体现的民主性精华,完全可以为新的民主思想所吸收,孙中山对“民本”思想的吸收和改造,正体现了“民本”到民主这样一个逻辑发展。孙中山在担任中华民国临时大总统三个月的时间里,一方面积极维护辛亥革命成果,一方面就许多与国计民生息息相关的问题作出批示,为“民本”思想在新时期的实践树立了光辉典范。

| Abstract: | China's ancient concept that "people are the foundation of a nation"had a restrictive function to the autocratic monarchy and was a component part of feudal political theory.However,the democratic essence of the concept can be absorbed into new demoncratic ideas.Dr.Sun Yat-sen's inheriting and remoulding of the concept manifests the logical development from"people are the foundation of a nation"to democracy.In the three months when he was interim president of the Republic of China,Dr.Sun Yat-sen actively protected the achievements of 1919 Revolution and made many decisions concerning people's livelihood and national welfare,setting an example for the practice of the concept that"people are the foundation of a nation"in the new period. |
