| Abstract: | In this paper, we begin with the theories and development of CAI and the condition analysis with intelligence negotiations ofthe wed-based negotiation support system. By combining the characterization of web-based negotiation and the thoughts of software en-gineering, we first analysis the request of system in detail, and then discuss the design thought, global structure and functions of the ne-gotiation support system. |
