| 摘 要： | 职业道德教育是高职教育的重要内容,然而对职业道德、职业道德教育这些概念的认识制约着我们的职业道德教育实践。本文从这些概念所蕴含的教育思想出发分析职业道德教育中存在的问题,对为什么要进行职业道德教育、高职院校职业道德教育的目标是什么等进行阐释。本文认为高职学生职业道德教育的核心要素是：纪律精神、批判精神和反思精神。

| Abstract: | Professional morality education is a very important task in polytechnics.And the understanding of morality,professional morality,Professional morality education concepts limited our educational practice on morality.So this study begins from the concept of professional morality,professional morality education,analyzing the wrong ideas behind the concepts,trying to give some suitable interpretation.The study concentrates on why should the professional morality education.What's the objective of polytechnics' professional morality education?In polytechnics professional morality education contents such core elements: the spirit of discipline,the critical spirit and the spirit of reflection. |
