| 摘 要： | 以沈阳理工大学应用技术学院信息工程系为背景,进行教学模式的探索,从而总结出“1243”的人才培养模式,即“围绕一条主线,做到两个融合,确立四个保障,实现三项能力”。经过1年多的实践,这种培养模式取得很好的效果。
