| 摘 要： | 随着改革开放的进一步深入,我国民间融资体系的价值逐步得到体现,但是随之民间融资体系的问题逐渐暴露,需要采取科学的方法和手段加以解决,民间融资体系规范化与制度化已经成为民间融资体系发展的关键要素。当前我国民间融资体系的制度化和规范化基本途径主要可以从法律完善、监管完善、制度完善等方面进行思考,其发展依据是根据各地实际情况。

| Abstract: | With the further deepening of reform and opening, the value of folk financing system of our country has gradually been reflected. However, the problems are also gradually exposed, which need to be solved by scientific methods. The folk financing system standardized and institutionalized has become the key element of folk financing system development. The standardization and institutionalization of current folk fi- nancing system can be dealt from aspects as perfecting law, supervision and system. Its development should also be based on the actual local situation. |
