| 摘 要： | 由于我国高职院校生源情况较为复杂,学生在知识水平、学习能力、自我管理等方面素质参差不齐,给高职院校的教学与管理带来相当大的难度。通过对近三年高职商务英语专业学生素质现状的调查与分析,我们发现高职院校的学生工作必须结合本专业,以市场为导向,以素质教育为人才培养的基础,将人文素质教育置于先导地位,以职业素质教育为培养方向,方能培养出受社会欢迎的实用型人才。

| Abstract: | Owing to the complicated original source of higher vocational students and their uneven level of knowledge and lack of self-discipline ability, the management of teaching has encountered the choke points in vocational colleges. This paper analyzes the data from a comprehensive investigation of the students in higher vocational colleges and finds that it is the only way to cultivate practical talents to associate the traits of the speciality of the students, to be oriented by the market, to set up the point of caliber-focused education, to aim at vocational education, and to carry out humanity education. |
