| 摘 要： | In order to grasp the present situation of researches on infommfion policies and regulations, this paper makes a statistical analysis of the articles relating to information policies and regelations and issued from 1999 to 2001 in China by using the method of bibliometrics, including time distribution, space distribution, content, author and cita-lions.
