| 摘 要： | 高校党校不仅是党员干部加强党性锻炼的熔炉，同时也肩负着把青年大学生培养和造就成坚定的马克思主义者的历史重任，是大学生思想政治教育的重要基地。加强和改进高校党校工作，一是要以人为本，求真务实，充分发挥党校对各级人才的培养作用；二是要充分发挥党校思想政治教育优势，改进和拓宽党校育人渠道。

| Abstract: | The party school in universities is a melting pot for communist cadres to strengthen their realization of party spirit,and it bears the heavy historical responsibilities of cultivating and bringing up young college students to be committed Marxists.What's more,it is an important base for the ideological and political education of college students.In order to strengthen and promote party school work in universities,on the one hand,we should put people in the first place,seek truth,and give full play to a party school to cultivate talent at all the levels;on the other hand,we should take full advantage of ideological and political education by party school to advance and broaden access to it. |
