| 摘 要： | 随着OA系统在高校办公管理工作中的不断普及和发展,越来越多的文件以电子化的形式建立制成和传阅办理,而归档管理作为公文全程管理中的重要环节,如何采取有效的措施和办法解决其中面临的问题已成为当前管理方式创新和公文管理信息化的新挑战。本文对高校OA系统中电子文件归档的意义和现状进行分析探讨,并为进一步促进高校电子文件归档管理工作顺利开展提出了一些建设性的对策和建议。

| Abstract: | With the popularization and development of OA system in the office management in colleges and universities, more and more documents are established and circulated in electronic form. As an important part of the whole document rnanagement, how to take effective measures and methods to solve the problems ot＂ archive management have become new challenges of the current management mode innovation and document management information. This paper analyzes and discusses the significance and current situation of electronic documents archive, and puts fbrward some constructive countermeasures and suggestions to further promote the filing man- agement of electronic documents in colleges and universities smoothly. |
