| 摘 要： | 在中国网球运动员不断取得优异成绩的背景下，网球运动热正席卷而来，越来越多的大学生将其选为专项来学习。在网球运动中，击球点是击球质量的决定性因素，良好的击球点是高质量击球的重要保证。通过对目前网球专项学生的击球点调整方法进行分析和归纳，并为今后的网球专项教学提出切实可行的建议。

| Abstract: | Abstracts In China, tennis players have been continously achieving excellent results, and tennis is becoming popular. More and more college students ~lect tennis as their major to learn. In playing tennis, the contact point is the decisive factor in the quality of shots, and good contact point is an important guarantee of better quality of shots. This paper analyzes and collects the present adjustment methods of contact point in special tennis teaching, and brings out available suggestions for the further tennis teaching. |
