| 摘 要： | 研究旨在通过探讨中学生学习自控力、时间管理倾向、学习效能感与学业成绩的相关关系弄清影响中学生的学业成绩的人格因素。通过问卷调查漳州市和福安市三所中学六个年级475名学生，对中学生的学习自控力、时间管理倾向、学习自我效能感的基本特点及学业成绩的关系等方面进行了一系列探讨。结果表明：学习自控力、时间管理倾向、学习效能感可以在很大程度上解释中学生学业成绩的变化。

| Abstract: | A survey on the 475 students of three middle schools in Zhangzhou and Fu'an is made to show the correlations between the students' self-control ability in their school work,time arrangement orientation,the characteristics in self-efficiency sense in study,and their academic performances.The conclusion is: self-control ability,time arrangement orientation can,to a great extent,explain the diver-sities in the students' academic results. |
