| 摘 要： | 乡镇政府档案管理工作在实践中遇到越来越多的问题，需要对乡镇政府档案管理工作做出优化对策，包括要强化档案工作意识、健全档案管理制度、创新档案管理模式、提高档案管理人员的业务素质等，以使我国乡镇政府档案管理工作逐步实现科学化和规范化。

| Abstract: | There are more and more problems propping up in the file management of village and town govern-ment, so some optimized countermeasures, including enhancing the consciousness of file management, establis-hing a sound and innovative system of file management , and improving the file managing personnel′s service abil-ity, are required in order to gradually scientize and standardize the file management of village and town govern-ments in China . |
