| 摘 要： | 近年工程投标部分专业性不强、技术含量低的低报价，部分专业性强、技术含量高的高报价，引发施工现场工程量争议，淡薄施工现场质量与安全管理意识，增大工程成本，引发不正当竞争。应对不合理工程分项报价，要从投标文件的编制上进行引导，对招投标环节进行严格管理，详细审核分项报价。

| Abstract: | In recent years some non-professional low-technical quotation and some professional high-technical quotation have triggered the controversial topics on the capacity of the construction sites,ignorance of the quality of the construction sites and the awareness of the security management,cost increase of the projects and the result in malfeasance competition.In order to cope with the irrational subentry quotation,instruction on the workout of the tender documents,strict management on the bidding process and thorough analysis on the subentry quotation should be carried out. |
