言传身教在健美操教学中运用的研究

摘    要:健美操在增强体质、塑造形体、缓解精神压力、娱乐身心、促进健康等方面具有显著成效。更好的掌握健美操运动的技能技巧,更深的了解健美操的文化内涵,教育者的言传身教就显得尤为重要。文章运用文献资料法、访谈法和问卷调查法,对健美操教学方法进行研究,以期赋予言传身教新的内涵,更好的服务于健美操教学。

Abstract:Aerobics works well in building up a person’s physique,shaping one’s figure,relieve mental stress,entertaining oneself,and keeping fitness,and so forth.Teachers’ teaching by example seems very important for students to master sports techniques of aerobics better and understand the cultural implication of it more deeply.With the methods of literature consulting,interviews,and questionnaire,the study tries to give evidence of the efficiency of teaching by example,which is expected to serve future aerobics teaching.
