| 摘 要： | 农村金融机构在农村劳动力转移、农业结构的调整和农村的社会保障中扮演着重要的角色, 大力发展农村金融机构对我国农村经济发展有着重要的意义。本文阐述了金融改革与农村经济发展的关系以及解决当前金融体系和农村经济发展问题的途径,并进一步澄清目前在金融发展方面需要克服的几个认识性问题,同时强调发展战略,经济发展阶段对城乡金融改革发展的重要性。

| Abstract: | Financial organs in the countryside play a very important role in transfer of labor in the country, and adjustment of agricultural construction and guarantee. It has an essential meaning to greatly develop the financial institution in the country. In this article, the relations between financial reform and economical development are explained to research the ways for the present financial systems and the problems of economic development in the country, in order to further clarify some problems of rational knowledge which must be overcome in the financial development, and to emphasize the importance of developing strategy during the period of economic development for financial reforming and developing between cities and countries. |
