| 摘 要： | 文章对2000年至2010年间欧美地区有关网络信息资源管理的研究论文、会议报告及相关著作进行了定性分析,从微观和宏观两个层面介绍了目前欧美网络信息资源管理领域的主要管理技术、管理系统、管理模式、管理政策以及具体领域的网络信息资源管理实例,指出目前欧美网络信息资源管理比较注重应用研究,宏观层面的研究虽有所涉及,但相对薄弱。

| Abstract: | The paper analyzes network information resources management of America and Europe from 2000 to 2010,involved the research papers,conference reports and literary books.From the micro and macro levels,it introduces recent management technologies,management system,management modes,management policies and specific areas examples about network information resources.The results turns out that network information resources management in Europe and America pay more attention to applied research while the macro-level studies is relatively weak. |
