| 摘 要： | “入世”有利于我国企业引进外资，扩大产品出口和企业的改革；但也给我国民营企业带来了严峻的挑战，为了迎接挑战，民营企业应采取如下对策：正确在选择产业领域；实现规模经济，经济要集团化；引进高层次人才；建立现代企业制度，要创造自己的名牌产品，建立有效的市场营销网络等。

Challenges and Countermeasures for Private Enterprises after China's Entry into WTO |

| Abstract: | The entry into WTO will be a favorable occasion for our country to attract foreign investment and expand product export as well as the reform of companies. Meanwhile, for private enterprises, it will be a harsh time to face grim challenges. In order to face up to such challenges, private enterprises should take measures as follows: choosing business field properly, realizing scale pattern economy and company merger, ushering in high quality talents so as to establish modern enterprise system, to create its own famous brand and set up an effective marketing network. |
