| Abstract: | In constructions and managements of modern enterprises, the management of trained personnel is always the pivotal tache. Competitions among enterprises are just the scramble for talents. This paper discusses how to establish highly effective managerial mechanism of trained personnel under such circumstance that competitions are becoming more and more furious, from the following aspects: the mechanism of talent arrangement, the mechanism of talent training, and the mechanism of talent prompting. |
