| 摘 要： | 当前高职生就业竞争日趋激烈,面对新形势,加强和改进高职院校就业指导工作显得尤为重要和迫切。文章阐明了就业指导工作的重要性,分析了就业指导工作中普遍存在的问题,提出了加强就业指导工作的方法与途径。
