| 摘 要： | 本文通过广泛的问卷调查，运用体育社会学、体育管理学和组织行为学的有关理论与方法，对普通高校高水平运动队的教练员管理行为特征、不同类型运动员对教练员行为的要求及其差异、影响训练效果的教练员行为特征与教练员管理行为类型及其特点等进行了初步的探讨，对改善教练员管理行为，改进普通高校高水平运动队训练与管理工作，提出了若干意见与建议。
