| 摘 要： | 按照迈克尔·波特国家竞争优势的"四因素模型",即所谓的"钻石模型",产业竞争优势是由要素条件,需求条件,关联产业,企业战略、结构与同业竞争,政府和机遇这六个基本因素决定的。以河南省产业集聚区创新发展现状为切入点,构建河南产业集聚区创新发展的模型,从而得出提高企业的自主创新能力、发挥政府的引导作用、建立市场为导向的机制三点启示。

| Abstract: | According to Michael Porter＇ s ＂model of four factors＂ about nations＇ competitive advantage, namely ＂diamond model＂, the competitive advantage of an industry is determined by six basic factors ： factor conditions, demand conditions, relevant industries, business strategy, structure and competition of the same business, government and opportunities. Based on the current situation of innovation and development of industrial agglomeration in Henan Province, the author tries to construct the model for innovation and development of Henan industrial agglomeration area, and then comes into conclusion on three aspects：increase independent creative capability of the businesses, play fully the guidance function of government, and set up the market-oriented mechanism. |
