| 摘 要： | 随着政府信息化和电子政务的发展 ,数字鸿沟已经引起了人们的关注。数字图书馆是电子政务发展的基础设施 ,大力发展数字图书馆是缝合电子政务中数字鸿沟行之有效的办法。数字图书馆与电子政务存在密切的联系 ,应将数字图书馆建设融入电子政务发展之中 ,并将两者有机结合起来。

| Abstract: | With the development of government informalization and E government, the digital gap has become one of the focuses. Digital library is the infer structure of E government, so developing digital library rapidly is an effect way to solve the problem of digital gap in E government construction. Digital library has close relationship with E government, we must join the development of digital library with E government and joint the two into an organic whole. |
