| 摘 要： | 以浙江万马职业篮球俱乐部为个案,根据其管理模式和经营运作方式,探究其体制和机制问题。结果显示,在管理体制上,内部的组织结构需进一步整合,在经营方式上,俱乐部投入不够,运作机制有待创新,因此必须克服活动中职权不清的现状,同时积极培养球星以提高俱乐部的地位和影响。最后结合实际为万马俱乐部提出可操作的策略,以供该俱乐部、CBA其它俱乐部及中国篮协参考。

| Abstract: | This paper takes Zhejiang Wanma Professional Basketball Club as an example and studies the system and mechanism from its management mode and market operation method.The result shows that as for the management system,the internal organizational structure needs integrating.And the club should pay much attention to market.The operating mechanism waits for the innovation.Therefore,the club must overcome the unclear current situation between responsibility and right.At the same time,the club should cultivate star players so as to enhance its status and influence.Finally,the paper provides tangible strategies for Zhejiang Wanma Professional Basketball Club and other CBA clubs and Chinese Basketball Association. |
