| 摘 要： | 文章主要是基于理论界信息资源的研究的沉淀，对信息资源的含义，特征及其类型的界定进行了简单的叙述，对其中极少受到关注的潜在3住处资源进行了简单的分析，主要从它具有的特性上进行了探索性的思考，简单阐述了开发潜在信息资源的现实与必要性，并且对开发和利用它的现实可能性进行了展望，以引起各位同仁的关注。
