| 摘 要： | 从城市群内部协调能力和外部协调能力两个方面衡量城市群的协调能力.通过研究发现,相对于辽宁城市群而言,中原城市群的经济发展协调能力更强一些.整体看我国城市群的内部协调性还不是很强,城市群内各城市产业同构化程度加剧、重复建设问题严重、地方保护主义短期行为及缺乏有效的利益协调机制.提高城市群的协调能力,一方面应该统一协调各城市的政府、经济行为,建立有效的利益协调模式;另一方面应该实现交通运输等网络型基础设施的统一规划与互联互通.

| Abstract: | This paper studies the harmonizing ability of the inner Urban Agglomeration(UA) and the outer UA,from which we know that the Urban Agglomeration in the Central Plain(UACP) has more harmonizing ability of UA than the Liaoning Urban Agglomeration.The Chinese UAs' harmonizing ability is infirm,so the government should put some policies,which can increase the Chinese UAs' harmonizing ability, in practice. |
