| 摘 要： | 该系统是为四川省绵阳市国税局开发的税务征收系统，其主要目的是对该市梓潼县辖区内的所有个体工商业户的财务信息进行会计核算，并生成相应的会计报表。税务部门通过对业户会计报表的分析达到税务监控的目的。本文主要介绍了该系统的整体方案、设计特点、系统的组成及功能，并针对会计信息系统的数据量大的特点，讨论了如何提高关系数据库性能等问题。

| Abstract: | The aim of the system is setting up the accounts books for all the small scale business in the area,producing the report forms, analyzing the data of report forms and giving evaluation report. In this paper we describe the flow of software engineer. For the large scale data in accountant information system and the requirement of system response capability, a lot of measures have been discussed. |
