| 摘 要： | 土地资产处置在国企改制理顺企业产权过程中的瓶颈作用日趋明显。临沂市在加快企业改革土地资产处置过程中，应注重国家产业政策导向，给企业以更大优惠，同时要切实加强改制企业土地他权利的管理。

| Abstract: | Land assets management is becoming a bottleneck that hinders the identification of property rights in state-owned enterprises' institutional reform. It also suggests that the local government pay attention to domestic industry policy orientation, give more preferential treatment to enterprises and strengthen the management of their other land authorities. |
