| 摘 要： | 改革开放加快了中国法治化进程 ,法制观念日益深入人心。但要真正实现法治 ,公民法律信仰缺失是其主要障碍。培养公民对法律的信仰 ,不仅是社会主义市场经济的需要 ,更是依法治国的需要。

| Abstract: | China's reforms and opening-up have sped up the legalization,and the sense of law is on the increase. However,the lack of faith in law has become an obstacle to the genuine realization of rule by law. To cultivate citizens' confidence in law is,therefore,not only the requirement of socialist market economy but also of rule by law. |
