| 摘 要： | 初中生辍学不利于提高全民族的科学文化素质。当前,厌学是学生辍学的导火索。部分教师的从教热情不高、教育理念不正确、教育学和心理学知识不够等是学生厌学的重要原因。要解决学生厌学问题,教师就必须保持积极的从教热情、增强教育智慧、满足学生心理需求、提高自身素质。

| Abstract: | School-quitting is harmful for upgrading the nation's scientific and cultural qualities.Nowadays,students' studying weariness is the fuse of school-quitting.The lack of passion for teaching,the incorrect educational concept,the inadequate of education and psychology knowledge of some teachers are the reasons.To solve the problems,the teachers must keep high passion in the process of teaching,enhance the educational wisdom,meet the psychological needs of students and improve their own qualities. |
