| 摘 要： | 高校法治建设作为社会主义法治建设的子系统，它本身不是孤立存在的，它是由法治建设理念、主体、客体、内容、思路、目标、机制等要素构成的有机联系的统一体，任何一个要素的缺失或者功能发挥不好，都将影响高校法治建设效果和整体目标的实现。以系统观点思考高校法治建设，准确定住各要素在高校法治建设系统中的地位，发挥优势，整合功能，以利于实现高校法治建设效果最大化。

| Abstract: | The law-ruling in higher education is one of the subsystems of the socialist lawruling. It is not in isolation,instead, it is a closely linked unity made up of a lot of elements such as the concept, subject, object, content, goal and mechanism of the construction of law ruling. If any one is absent or doesn＇ t function properly,it will be definitely hard to achieve good results and realize the whole objective. Thus, looking at the construction of the law-ruling from the point of systematicness, we can accurately orient the position of each element, take advantage of its characteristics,combine all the functions and in turn maximize the results of the construction of the law-ruling in higher education. |
