| 摘 要： | 创新，是知识经济的灵魂，国家创新体系是社会经济可持续发展的基础。本文通过对图书馆在国家创新体系中作用的分析，提出了面对国家创新体系图书馆应采取的对策：转变观念主动参与知识创新活动，提高检索技能实现知识聚会的规模效应，调整知识结构注重人才培养，完善管理体制营造创新氛围，广泛开展合作交流增强创新活力。
