| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了美国针对工商业废弃遗址再开发和利用的保险产品。包括污染责任险、成本上限险、预先资助计划和担保贷款人险，以及日本更为细化的针对污染地的绿色保险产品。包括一般保险产品和专业化保险产品，以设计符合中国实际需要的污染地绿色保险产品，促进中国土壤污染防治。本文认为我国的污染地绿色保险产品设计要从预防和治理两方面着手、分别尝试推出特定场地污染责任险、承包商污染责任险以及一般清理超额险、废弃物污染清理超额险和土壤修复第三方责任险。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the green insurance products available for soil remediation in US, including Pollution Liability policies, Cost Cap policies, Pre-Funded programs and Secured Lender policies and green insurance products available in Japan, including general products and specialized products. It＇s considered that two points-pollution prevention and abatement should be considered in design of green insurance products in China. For prevention, Particular Pollution Liabil- ity policies and Contractors Pollution Liability policies are available, while for abatement General Cost Cap policies, Wastes Disposal Cost Cap policies and Third-party Soil Remediation Liability policies are available. |
