摘    要:采用包埋脱水法冰冻保存牟氏角刺藻(Chaetoceros muelleri)、小新月菱形藻(Nitzschia closterium minutissimai),探讨了预培养对两种硅藻存活率的影响.结果表明,用0.6M的蔗糖预培养时,牟氏角刺藻冰冻后的存活率有提高,最大可提高7.2%.但预培养对小新月菱形藻的存活率没有明显提高.

Abstract:Based on the preservation of the Chaetoceros muelleri and Nitzschia closterium minutissimai by encapsulation-dehydration,the influences of pre-culture on the two diatoms' algal viabilities are discussed in this paper.The experiment shows that the algal viability of Chaetoceros muelleri increases after cryopreservation when it was pre-cultured with 0.6 M of sucrose,the rate of it can reach 7.2% at most.In term of Nitzschia closterium minutissimai,no obvious clue to show any influence.
