| 摘 要： | 网络银行的出现是现代信息技术作用于传统银行的产物，是银行业的一场革命。网络银行给人们带来了诸多便利，同时，它又不可避免地存在许多问题。对发展中的网络银行进行分析研究，针对性地提出金融监管对策，显得十分必要，而且迫切。
