摘    要:本研究以晋城职业技术学院2011级新生为研究对象,从心理健康状况、学习动机、学习方法与技能、学业成绩、个人目标规划等方面进行综合的学情分析,并提出相应的反思和建议。研究结果表明,高职院校新生86%心理健康状况良好,但仍有较大比例学生学业成绩较差、缺乏学习动力和学习技能、学习的自我调控能力很低,抱着消极厌学、得过且过的不良心态。该研究为高职院校分类教育分层教学提供了实践依据。

Abstract:Having the freshmen enrolled in the year of 2011 in Jincheng Institute of Technology(JIT)as the main subject,this research analyzed comprehensively vocational college students’ conditions including their mental health,motivation,learning methods and skills,academic achievement and personal goal setting,etc.,and gave some corresponding recommendations.The research shows that 86 percent of the freshmen are in good mental health condition,but there is a large portion of students with weak academic performance,low learning motivation,low level of self-control and few learning skills.Their negative attitude towards learning is the biggest challenge to the educational administration,mental health education and teaching.This research provides practical basis to the Layering Instruction Program in Higher Vocational Colleges.
