| 摘 要： | 高等职业教育工学结合人才培养模式的改革,客观上要求思想政治理论课实践教学必须采取顶层设计。顶层设计需要明确思想政治理论课实践教学的类型和开展方式;统筹安排思想政治理论课实践教学的组织管理;确保实践教学的实施。对＂叠加教学＂的组织管理流程及其需要关注的问题进行了分析。指出实施实践教学的保障包括教学管理、实践基地、经费和课酬等。

| Abstract: | The reform of training pattern of talents in the work-study combination situation in higher vocational education requires practical teaching in ideological and political theory classes to adopt top-level design in order to solve the new problems.To achieve the aim,the types and forms of top-level design should be prepared;the management of practical teaching should be comprehensively arranged;the implementation of practical teaching should be ensured.This paper analyzes the organization procedure and problems possibly confronted in superposition teaching and points out the ensuring conditions include teaching management,practice base,fund,class fee and so on. |
