| 摘 要： | 高职院校学生普遍存在着“文化素养相对较低、学习能力较弱、学习压力小、学习动力不足”等特点，使高职院校突发事件有着独特的成因。笔者拟对高职院校校园突发事件的成因及对策进行论述与分析，以期为高职院校学生管理工作及突发事件的预防和应对提供帮助。

| Abstract: | The higher vocational college students have the characteristics as follows:their cultural quality is relatively low;learning ability is weak;learning pressure is not great;the motivation to study is not intensive.The characteristics make emergencies different from those in common colleges.The author tries to discuss and analyze the reasons and the countermeasures of the emergencies in college campus in order to find a solution to the problems in the work of student management and prevention of the emergencies. |
