| 摘 要： | 本研究为教育部学生工作骨干赴美研修项目的子课题。在实地考察了加州大学圣地亚哥分校、伯克利分校、哈佛、耶鲁、哥伦比亚、斯坦福、普林斯顿、宾夕法尼亚、马里兰等大学后,考察研究结果表明:美国高校学生事务管理队伍在全人发展的理念指导下,队伍的多样化、专业化、学术化趋势得以加强,队伍的职业化建设日益呈现出职业定位明晰化、职业准入标准化、职业培训专业化、职业发展制度化的特点。这对于我国高校学生工作队伍建设具有借鉴意义。
