| Abstract: | In order to explore the talent training program for the specialty of pharmaceutical manufacturing technology of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Shanxi Pharmaceutical Vocational College,and based on the analysis of the current situation and the future demand of the talent training for that specialty,this paper offers a summary of the demand features for the talents,aiming to further perfect the talent training mode of ＂321 working and learning alternation＂ and improve the students＇professional competence. |
