| 摘 要： | 企业要在市场经济中快速健康地发展。除了加强内部经营管理，搞好产品经营外。成功的资本运营也是十分重要的。纵观世界上名企业的发展历史，几乎没有一家不是以某种方式，在某种程度上应用了兼并和收购等资本运营方式发展起来的。但资本运营是一项充满风险的经济活动。它在给企业带来迅速发展机遇的同时，也会给企业带来巨大的风险。了解资本运营风险，有助于企业正确选择有效的资本运营方式，从而降低和防范资本运营风险。

| Abstract: | Besides strengthening internal business management and improving product operation,successful capital operation is also very important for an enterprise to grow in the market economy rapidly and healthily. Through a overall observation of the world famous business development history,we can find almost every business grow through utilizing capital operation. This paper analyses and discusses the meaning and the features of capital operation as well as main ways and their respective characteristics of the capital operation in China. Moreover,it elaborates existing systematic and nonsystematic risks in the process of capital operation. Thereby,we can understand the capital operation completely. |
