| 摘 要： | 本文尝试从构建当代中国法律文化角度审视历史的经验与当今法文化建设的关系,在分析中国近代转型后的法律制度与社会现实脱节原因的基础上,指出当代中国法律文化的构建必须从扩大开放、吸收中外法律文化优秀成果、推进政治体制改革、完善社会主义市场经济、强化法学研究和法制教育等方面创造现实条件.

| Abstract: | This paper attempts to examine the relationship between historical experience and cultural construction of contemporary law from the perspective of constructing the culture of contemporary Chinese law,especially the enlightenment to the contemporary Chinese legal culture construction.On this basis,it points out the condition in which the culture of the contemporary Chinese law is constructed. |
