| 摘 要： | 当代中国经济伦理建设研究主要有两种范式，即与市场经济体制相适应的、各种经济行为主体都应当普遍遵循的经济伦理规范体系的建设，和主要针对企业经营过程的企业伦理建设。这两种范式都存在着难以克服的问题，必须将它们整合起来，从在市场经济条件下构建企业的利益相关者之间的基本伦理关系的视角，揭示当代中国经济伦理体系形成的机理。

| Abstract: | There are mainly two research paradigms of economic ethics in current China.One is the reconstruction of a system of economic ethical norms which is fit to the institution of market economy and universally observed by all kinds of economic agents,and the other is the reconstruction of corporate ethics which is aimed at an enterprise operation process.These models of research can not run separately,but should be integrated.The forming mechanism of the economic ethical system in contemporary China may be disclosed from basic ethical relations among corporate gainers under the background of market economy. |
