| 摘 要： | 随着集成电路设计复杂度的提高以及产品投放市场的周期要求越来越短,传统的集成电路设计方法不再满足要求,因此SOC应运而生。介绍SOC的功能特性及其应用,SOC技术的研究、发展和应用对社会信息化建设有重大意义。
