| 摘 要： | 依据企业知识理论,提出企业核心知识体系的概念,并据此建立竞争性知识传播网络的博弈模型,通过仿真对模型求解,分析得出:网络结构随连接成本和竞争损失的连续变化存在变化的突变点和稳定域;节点核心知识体系的竞争程度决定着突变点的位置和稳定域的范围;而效用函数中的权重系数决定了网络结构对经济因素变化的敏感程度。以南京电力自动化产业集群和行业伙伴网络为例进行分析,进一步确认了上述因素对网络结构的影响。

| Abstract: | Based on the knowledge-based theory of the firm, the concept of enterprise core knowledge system is presented. The game model of competitive knowledge-spreading networks is founded on this concept. By simulating the game model, conclusions were got out as follows: there are break points and stabile extent of network structure's changing as competition loss and connecting cost change; the competition degree of nodes' core knowledge system determines the position of break points and the range of stabile extent; the weights of utility determine the sensitivity that network structure changes as economy factors change. By analyzing the cases of Nanjing Power System Automation Enterprise Cluster and Industry Peer Networks, the influence of these factors is confirmed. |
