摘    要:研究认为,高校教师教学绩效的发挥取决于教师的学术水平、教学能力等直接因素,但实际上,它也受到文化地位、职称评聘、教学管理以及学生评教这些非直接因素的强有力影响。要提高高校教师的教学绩效,就要重视影响它的非直接因素,从提高文化地位、完善评聘制度、把握管理尺度、改革学生评教等方面开展工作。

Abstract:General research suggests that the play university teachers give to teaching performance depends on such factors as the academic standards and teaching ability of teachers,but in fact it is also strongly subject to such indirect factors as cultural status,titles evaluation & engagement,teaching management,and teaching evaluation by students.To improve the teaching performance of university teachers,we should not only pay attention to the indirect factors affecting it,but also undertake work in terms of increasing the cultural status,improving the system of titles evaluation & engagement,grasping the management criterion and reforming the teaching evaluation by students.
