| 摘 要： | 同业拆借市场直接影响并反映着一个国家的货币市场，对货币市场乃至整个金融市场的发展发挥着基础性作用。我国近十几年资本市场发展和货币市场发展很不协调，要进一步发展我国金融市场，非大力发展货币市场不可，而由于同业拆借市场在货币市场中具有重要作用，更应得到优先发展，以期在我国早日建成成熟的货币拆借市场。

| Abstract: | The call market directly affects and reflects a nation's money market, and plays a basic role in the development of its money market and its whole financial market. In the last over ten years, the development of the capital market and that of the money market are not harmonious. The further development of the financial market requires the development of the money market. As the call market plays a very important role in the money market, it should enjoy priority in development so as to reach maturity as early as possible. |
