| 摘 要： | 由于启蒙运动与浪漫主义对成见与判断的看法不同，导致了双方争论不断。伽达默尔传承了德国浪漫主义的成见在先论，赋予成见以合法性地位，而伽达默尔对德国浪漫主义的超越在于采用了存在论的本体论解释学为基础，运用历史视域来考虑成见问题。而伽达默尔在其无批判的前理解的哲学基础上对启蒙运动和判断哲学采取批判态度而带来的逻辑悖论，只有在实践基础上对认识论理性的重新审视，才能获得一个辩证的解决悖论方案，从而获得真实的认识和更好的生存方式。
