| 摘 要： | 2009年CNKI正式推出了三特刊,三特刊的出版改变了传统数字出版行业中资源共享的局面,对图书馆也产生了一定的影响。本文从分析数字期刊独立版权的新格局出发,阐述了其对图书馆的影响。
